Since opening 5 years ago, Era Bistro has maintained a strong focus on ‘the total food and wine experience’. Whether enjoying the daily degustation menu in the dining room, attending an in-house wine event with matched tastes or entertaining guests in the private dining room, the enjoyment of great food and great wine is what the Era experience is all about.
The team at Era has taken this concept a step further and is proud to present their latest food and wine venue, Flight. With its dramatic dark furniture, imposing central chandelier and temperature controlled wine wall feature, this venue really makes a statement.
The Flight Concept
Flight offers a well defined menu featuring tasting plates skilfully prepared by Executive Chef Marcus Turner and his team. In addition, daily wine flights with matched tastes are available for lunch and dinner, giving diners the opportunity to taste several different wines with ‘common features or characteristics’ as part of an everyday dining experience.
Private Dining Room Functions
Flight may also be booked exclusively by corporate or private groups for lunch or dinner for groups of up to 18 or 35 guests, cocktail style.
The venue is fully self-contained with its own bar, dedicated sound system and drop-down data projection screen.
For working lunches to formal corporate events, Flight offers versatility, exclusivity and a classic ambience sure to impress private diners and business clients alike.
